Autel IM608 = MaxiSys MS908 (Diagnosis) + IMMO Functions

Autel MaxiIM IM608 has the same diagnostic software as Autel maxisys MS908P, but it covers immo functions, special functions and programming/reflashing abilities which MS908p cannot work. Pls read the chart for details

To sum up,
Autel IM608 key programming function is MUCH better than Autel Maxisys series.
IM608 comes with a XP400 programmer to read/write MCU, EEPROM Chip, IC card, key frequency etc. But Maxisys does not.
Maxisys MS908P could program the ECU of Benz and BMW, and have ECU coding function.
IM608 only could ECU code (ECU coding), could not program ECU of cars.
Both tools have trust and sustainability. Thus, if you are focus on key programming, go for IM608 instead.
If you need a tool for diagnosis only, MS908 is a decent machine at a better price.

How to Solve VW Amarok Caddy 2018+ Remote Not Working After Programming

Here comes the general problem of VW Amarok Caddy etc. 2018+ UDS protocol vehicles: 2019 VW Caddy. I spent a few hours programming the Xhorse key using VVDI2 . Also tried TDB1000. Remote function could not be obtained. Every time the programming failed, the original remote stopped working until I scanned and cleared errors. I expected it to work when the transponder was added (Megamos AES). I can’t access remote learning with any of my tools, nor did vvdi2 let me program the remote. I was wondering if anyone could confirm remote learning with transponders or how to learn it if not. Solution: It is not possible for BH remote controls after 2018 at the latest.
